Paolo Barletta

Paolo Barletta is an Italian entrepreneur and CEO of Arsenale S.p.A., a luxury hospitality group he has developed into an international player across luxury hotels and rail travel. Under his leadership, Arsenale has built a portfolio of landmark hospitality assets in Italy while pioneering a distinctive model in luxury rail, with in-house capabilities spanning the design, production and management of luxury trains.

Following the launch of La Dolce Vita Orient Express in Italy, the Group is expanding internationally with Dream of the Desert in Saudi Arabia and projects in the UAE, Egypt and Uzbekistan, alongside the acquisition of Golden Eagle Luxury Trains and a strategic stake in SJourney in Asia. Paolo Barletta is a Board Member of the World Travel & Tourism Council.
