The Lugano Global Forum is an independent, invitation-only Swiss platform for global dialogue, bringing together approximately 150 leaders from government, business, banking and finance, technology, academia and international media to discuss the forces reshaping our world.

Participants include senior business executives, policymakers, bankers and investors, entrepreneurs, economists, technology leaders, academics, diplomats, philanthropists and leading international journalists. The audience is deliberately selected to encourage meaningful interaction between people from different countries, professions and perspectives.

LGF is primarily an invitation-only gathering. Attendance is deliberately limited in order to preserve the intimate and interactive character of the Forum.

LGF is designed as a conversation, not a conference. With approximately 150 participants rather than thousands, speakers and delegates remain part of the same community throughout the Forum, creating opportunities for direct exchange, substantive discussion and meaningful relationships.

The Lugano Global Forum 2026 will take place on 16–17 November 2026 at LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura in Lugano, Switzerland. The main Forum is preceded by a private Speakers and Partners Dinner on 15 November.
