Luca Pedrotti

Luca Pedrotti began his career at UBS in 1989 and, over more than three decades, has held a series of leadership positions across Switzerland and international markets. After serving as Head of Wealth Management for Southern Europe, he assumed responsibility for the markets of Turkey, Greece, Israel and Sub-Saharan Africa, overseeing some of the bank’s most strategic international client segments. In 2015, he returned to Ticino, where he has since led the region as Regional Director and Head of Wealth Management Ticino.

A prominent figure in the Ticino banking community, he was confirmed as head of the region during the integration of Credit Suisse into UBS, guiding the organization through a period of significant transformation while fostering a leadership culture built on continuity, trust and talent development.
