Paolo Mondia

Paolo started his career in 1977 serving for a well-known Swiss advisory firm for 13 years. During this period Paolo was able to train and obtain the awards and diplomas of Certified Expert in Finance and Controlling and Certified Tax Expert. From January 1, 1991, Paolo started his business as independent then converged with Andersen Global since 2015.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Paolo oversees the high-level management of Andersen Tax & Consulting in Switzerland. In particular, he is responsible for corporate strategy and planning and oversees all the taxation and corporate consultancy activities.

In the Andersen Global organization, Paolo was the Co-Captain of the Governance Team and is the Co-Regional Managing Partner for the European Region.

With a clear understanding of tax legislation and of many different areas of business, Paolo deals with both individuals and corporations of all sizes and provides expert advice on tax and corporate matters at the national and international level.

Paolo’s deep knowledge coupled with up-to-date information ensures compliance with tax laws in any given scenario. Combined with his adaptable response to change, his approach benefits company taxation through the optimization of new tax opportunities.

Paolo’s extensive expertise and experiences extend to include the reorganization and restructuring of companies in Switzerland and abroad, devising tax optimization measures, migration of businesses to and from Switzerland as well as start-ups and accompanied fundraising.

He has great experience in the pharmaceutical and raw materials sectors.
